We offer video connectivity for your video conferencing room systems, your UC solutions, your PCs or mobile devices and even for anyone with a web browser thanks to WebRTC. Our platform ensures the confidentiality of your sessions – we are certified to ISO27001 – and you can also opt for private or hybrid cloud deployments.
Virtual Meeting Rooms (VMRs)
They are always available and anyone can easily join from a large number of supported devices. Users can invite participants to their persistent virtual rooms, or join ad-hoc or scheduled sessions – no reservations are required. FAQs

Q: How can I access a video session? 
A: Several options are available: You can join from a video conferencing room system, or you can use your preferred device and client to join by clicking a link provided by the Interoute One Bridge plug-in.
Q: Can I have an audio connection only? 
A: Yes. You can join a session with your phone or through a data connection with Skype for Business, Lync, a web browser or the Interoute One Bridge guest client.
Q: Can I join the meeting from a phone?
A: Yes. You can dial in with your phone through PSTN. You only need to dial the access number and input the relevant Call ID and pass code to access the session.
Q: Can I send IMs during a meeting?
A: Yes. All participants are able to send and receive IMs across supported clients.
Q: Is it possible to switch from one device to another during a meeting?
A: Yes. With Interoute One Bridge, you can move seamlessly from one device to another, including your video conferencing room, PC, tablet or smartphone without disconnecting from your on-going session.
Q: Is it possible to access the meeting from different devices at the same time?
A: Yes. With Interoute One Bridge you can be connected from different devices. You can navigate from one to another or you can split audio, video and content between your phone and a PC or tablet. You can also transfer your session to a video conferencing room.
Q: How does it work when I need to invite an external participant to the session?
A: Just send an invitation at any time using the Interoute One Bridge Outlook plug-in. The participant will receive an email with a ‘click to join’ link.
Q: Can anyone share content during a meeting?
A: Yes. Content can be shared from any computer.
Q: Are my sessions secured?
A: Your video conferencing sessions are encrypted by default. In addition, Interoute is certified to ISO27001, ensuring that our infrastructure and services delivery capabilities are compliant with the highest security standards.
Q: How can I know who is in the meeting?
A: If you are using Interoute One Bridge, you can check the presence indication before entering the virtual room which shows if the room is in use or not. Connect with the Interoute One Bridge guest client to see a list of the participants in the session.
Q: Even if I am using a video enabled client, can I have an audio only connection?
A: Yes. From Skype for Business or Lync, you can stop sending video while staying connected. From Interoute One Bridge client or a web browser, you can choose “Audio only” during the meeting.
Q: What is the maximum number of people who can join a Virtual Meeting Room?
A: You can have up to 500 participants as standard with Interoute One Bridge (subject to the number of port licenses your organisation has).
Q: Which kind of connectivity do I need?
A: You can connect through Ethernet or Wi-Fi or 3G / 4G networks, depending on your device. Video and audio quality is reliant on the network quality.
Q: It is necessary to book a meeting?
A: No. You can have scheduled or ad-hoc sessions.
Q: Can I use my Skype for Business deployment as my existing video conferencing equipment?
A: Interoute One Bridge allows the integration of your Lync deployment (0365 or on-premises) with your existing video conferencing systems, enabling you to maximise your existing investment.
Q: Do I need to invest in video infrastructure to access the services?
A: Interoute provides ‘Video-as-a-Service’ so you can rely on our video infrastructure to connect your existing video conferencing room systems with your Unified Communications tool. If you do not have a UC tool, we can provide our collaboration solution, the Interoute One Bridge guest client. We can also provide you with video conferencing systems to be installed in your offices (immersive telepresence systems, HD systems or individual video desktops).
